At Pure Pupper, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food, treats, supplements, or grooming/personal care products.
- Custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund. In these cases, Pure Pupper will cover return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to change of mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Pure Pupper will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled anytime before processing begins.
- Processing usually starts within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (order verification, packing, and transfer to the carrier).
- Once processing has started, we cannot cancel the order.
- If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, your payment will be refunded minus the non-refundable payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per order).
👉 This fee is not imposed by Pure Pupper, but is charged by the credit card company or payment processor at the time the payment is authorized.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund was approved.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping costs (the cost to ship the product to you) are non-refundable.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us.
