At Pure Pupper, we want your pup’s essentials to arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

📦 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available.

⏱ Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (order verification, inspection, packing, and dispatch).
  • Shipping Time: 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

➡️ Please note: Processing and shipping times are separate. The total delivery time includes both. On average, orders are completed within 4–6 business days (processing + shipping).

During holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand seasons, both processing and shipping may take slightly longer.

⚠️ Delays

Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Severe weather
  • Seasonal or promotional peak periods

If tracking shows no updates for more than 30 business days, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins.
  • Processing generally starts within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (includes verification, packing, and transfer to the carrier).
  • Once processing or shipping has started, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.

If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, your payment will be refunded. Please note that a payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per order) will be deducted from your refund.

👉 This fee is not imposed by Pure Pupper, but rather charged by the credit card company or payment processor at the time your payment is authorized.
